    Ben is a Kentish Towner born and bred and is the head of training at The Form Room. He brings infectious energy, enthusiasm and passion into helping people move forwards. With a degree in sports coaching and over a decade of experience in the coaching industry, Ben has cultivated a set of principles that he shares to help others become sustainably better, both physically and mentally. With a stoic and holistic approach to wellbeing, Ben’s mantra is very simple: “Control the controllables. Form first!”

    Personal Training and Weight Management


    With over 14 years of PT experience Patrick will enable you to attain your best-ever fitness levels. He focuses on your specific needs, whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your strength or simply want to feel better and more energised. Patrick uses a variety of training techniques, including CrossFit, HIIT training, calisthenics (bodyweight training), weightlifting and cardiovascular endurance, to help you reach your physical potential.
