Elouise is a registered L3 qualified personal trainer, with a passion for fitness and helping others. In a past life she worked in accounting, however she left that behind to pursue her passion and now has over five year’s experience working in the industry, specialising in strength and conditioning, weight loss management, and pre/post natal training. Her approach to exercise is that it should be seen as a way to celebrate what your body can do, and be used to improve your life and movement both in and outside of the gym! Elouise has worked at some of the country’s leading gyms including Third Space and F45, and, when the hard graft is over, her super cute pup Barney is there for post session relax.
